1. Service
AutoReplied is an iPhone and web browser application published by SAS TIGREDO. It lets the owner of a Google Business listing view reviews, prepare or write a reply, publish it, ignore it or postpone it. You must be an adult and authorized to administer the connected listing.
2. Your responsibility
You remain responsible for every published reply. A right swipe or send button immediately publishes the displayed text, without an additional confirmation. You must check its accuracy, legality and suitability before sending it. If you voluntarily enable automatic mode, replies to eligible new reviews are published without prior review; they remain viewable, editable or deletable in History. AutoReplied does not guarantee that an AI draft is error-free.
3. AutoReplied Pro subscription
AutoReplied Pro is offered in two plans: €9.99 per month with no trial, or €59.99 per year (about €5.00 per month) with 7 free days. Web prices include tax. For an iPhone purchase, the exact price, currency and taxes are those displayed by Apple before purchase. Each plan includes up to 500 reviews processed per month.
Web purchases are billed through Stripe. After any applicable trial, the subscription renews automatically at the selected price and interval unless cancelled before the due date. From the Subscription section of your AutoReplied workspace, the customer portal lets you view invoices, update your payment method and cancel. Cancellation stops renewal; access remains available until the end of the current period.
For an iPhone purchase, payment is charged to your Apple account. Manage or cancel it in Apple subscription settings at least 24 hours before renewal according to Apple’s displayed terms. Apple purchase restoration remains available in the iPhone app.
4. Google Business connection
You authorize AutoReplied to access the selected listing’s necessary data directly through Google Business and publish replies that you send manually or that automatic mode prepares after your explicit activation. You can disable this mode or disconnect the listing in Settings. Google’s rules and availability may change independently of AutoReplied.
5. Availability and security
We take reasonable measures to provide the service without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability. An action may be delayed or fail because of a network outage or the unavailability of Google, Apple, Supabase or another provider. When sending fails, AutoReplied attempts to preserve your edit in the stack.
6. Deletion and cancellation
You can delete your account at any time from the app. Deletion does not automatically cancel your subscription: cancel separately through the customer portal for a web purchase or through your Apple account for an iPhone purchase. You can nevertheless delete your data immediately.
7. Governing law and contact
