From the app
Open Settings → Account → Delete my account, then confirm. Deletion starts immediately, even if an Apple subscription is still active. You are then signed out.
Apple subscription is separate
Deleting your AutoReplied account does not cancel a subscription billed by Apple. To prevent renewal, open iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → AutoReplied → Cancel Subscription. The app also provides a direct link to this page before deletion, without requiring you to postpone erasing your data.
What is deleted
- your account, preferences, automatic settings and devices;
- the Google Business connection, after an attempt to revoke its Google authorization;
- synchronized reviews, drafts and decisions stored in your owned workspace;
- Supabase authentication data and, where available, Sign in with Apple revocation.
Replies already published on Google remain on your Google listing. Data required by a legal obligation may be retained for the required period, then deleted or anonymized.
Without access to the app
Email support@dolvia.com from your account address with the subject “AutoReplied account deletion.” We may request a reasonable identity check before erasure.
